Eligibility for Returns

The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item:

Initiate a return for the unwanted item.

Place a new order for the desired item.

Australian Consumer Law Compliance

SnapyMart complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products with a major failure.

For products that fail to meet acceptable quality standards, repairs or replacements may be arranged.

Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs

For Damaged or Incorrect Items: SnapyMart covers all return shipping costs.

For Change of Mind Returns: A prepaid return label is included in your package, and return shipping is free of charge.
