1. Shipping Costs

2. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+10:00) (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be processed promptly.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking details and a link to monitor your delivery status. Additionally, SMS notifications will be sent if a mobile number has been provided.
Missed Delivery:
The courier may leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a secure location.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be sent to a local depot, and a card with instructions for rescheduling will be left.
4. Missing Order Confirmation Email

5. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Before Checkout:
You can modify your order directly in your shopping cart.
After Checkout:

Cancellations:
Orders canceled after 48 hours may incur additional fees.
If the order has already been shipped, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received.
